Is there a paint additive that I can add to keep my home free from crawling insects?
Yes. It can be mixed with paint or stain and won’t affect the finish so essentially you don’t do anything different to use it. Basically you’ll just paint or stain like normal after it’s added and you won’t even know it’s there but the bugs will. From that point on the paint or stain will repel most any insect for at least 6-12 months. And when it depreciates and you start noticing insects coming back, you can mix some of it up with water and spray over the paint or stain.
